OFFICE DESIGN: All offices are equipped with acoustical ceilings, modern lighting, vinyl covered walls, carpeted floors and windows with mini blinds where applicable. All offices are designed to meet the tenant's specifications.
SAFETY AND SECURITY:
- Security System - Access to the building can be obtained seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. The building has a modern card access system for easy access and security. There are eleven (11) security cameras around the perimeter of building that record 24 hours per day.
- Fire Alarm System - Building has an addressable fire alarm system which is connected to the county 911 system.
- Sprinkler System - The building is equipped with sprinkler heads throughout and all are monitored via the fire alarm panel.

AIR CONDITIONING: Building is completely air conditioned and is served by two 250 ton chillers installed in 2003. Air distribution is a VAV system with Carrier Modulines to give individual room comfort control. All heating and air conditioning is controlled by a modern computerized digital control system to maintain a consistent, comfortable working environment.
CLEANING: All offices and common area are cleaned by a professional cleaning service on a daily basis.
