How are leases priced?
We can work with you on lease terms and price. We can provide short-term fully furnished space if needed. If you require long term space, we will build to suit your needs. The cost is determined by square footage and the other items above.
What does the lease price include?
Ours is a full service lease. Cleaning of your space and all utilities are included with the exception of telephone and parking. Parking can be provided. Some indoor parking in the basement parking garage is available.
